Pollinators are more than honeybees! This session will cover a presentation in the classroom illustrating the benefits of pollinators in our gardens. You will then have the opportunity to participate in the Great Southeast Pollinator Census which occurs on August 23rd and 24th by going over to our Backyard Agriculture Education Station in Veterans Park. There you will document the pollinators you observe. Those results can then be uploaded to the UGA Extension Pollinator Census website at Class Registration through Cherokee County Recreation and Parks $5 registration fee payable to Parks
