After a long summer of picking tomatoes, squash, peppers, and all your warm-weather favorites, your garden doesn’t have to call it quits. Fall gardening is a whole new round—just with some different players and a slightly cooler vibe.
In the Southeast, you’ve got a great window to keep things growing. The key is timing. You want to get your fall crops in the ground early enough so they can mature before the first frost.
